With information and exhibits on the Clearances, crofting, geology and fishing, and the effect of war, Dornoch’s tiny museum tells the story of the rich history of the area. See our new displays including the amazing antique diving helmet donated by Chris Murray at the centre of our exhibition on his life as a diver & winchman. Also come and see our revamped Children’s room with a hands-on puppet theatre and admire the skill of our Young Curators in creating replica stain glass windows.
